Birthday Card Buffet for the Stud!o #7 (Bonus)

AND because I can't leave well enough alone....  a Card Buffet with six cards... I designed a 7th card.  I kept on going.  This is a favorite card.  If you know me, I've presented this card at my upline Kathy's club, and my own card club as well.  I've also taken it to a Stampin' Up! event as a swap.

It uses the stamp set Garden in Bloom, and the sentiment from Butterfly Basics.
The small butterfly is fussy cut, and popped with a small piece of dimensional.  It also has one rhinestone for a little sparkle.

Contact Zandra McGraw at Celebrat!ions Stud!o in Bartlesville to make this card at her Buffet!

On Stage Swaps April 2017

I had all my swaps finished,  packaged and ready, and there I go, falling again!  It's so frustrating.  BUT I am fortunate that my fellow stampers took my swaps along.  Can't wait to see what they come back with!  I always love swapping... so many awesome ideas out there!

One of the ideas I've used in 2 card classes.  October, when I was subbing for my upline, Kathy... and in January with my own club on request.  I really LOVE this design!
AND... here are the 'new' designed cards I put together for this swap.

There are so many variations you can do with this sample!  Choose any 4 embossing folders, and cut the strips at 3/4 inch.  Use your grid paper to keep them straight!  Cut all the hearts in red, of course!
Cut the sentiments in any color you wish!  I used Elegant Eggplant, Emerald Envy, Bermuda Bay (of course!!), Real Red, etc...  so many choices!  I also added the little bow/butterfly die cut in the red glimmer paper to add some sparkle.

January's Stamp Club Meeting

Saturday, January 21st was our first Stamp Club Meeting for 2017!

As usual, I like to present 2 cards, but I just had to add a third since Valentine's Day is coming!  You'll see that one later....

This first card is the same card I presented to the club I belong to in October.  It was a request to start out our year with it... and we did.

I LOVE this stamp set, but the die cuts even more!  This star piece I'm sure will be used for so very many things!  I wanted to start out with an uncomlicated design.  I'll eventually add more details to this die cut set... and do my very complicated thing soon enough! :)

AAaaah Valentine's Day!  It's coming soon enough, especially if you have to get cards out in the mail or treats to make for co-workers or kids.
I really love this stamp set, and will use it for many Valentines to come!

Thank You Cards for Students

I always like to make Thank You cards for students that present me with gifts for Christmas at school.  I have the luxury of time at Christmas vacation for some extra crafting time.

I received some wonderful gifts this year - especially a Thunder fleece throw!  WOW!  I LOVE my Thunder!!

I really love this Garden in Bloom stamp set!

Don't recognize the Thank You stamp?  It's NEW in the Occasions Catalog.  It's called Love Sparkles.  Each word and shape in the stamp set have the little sparkle pieces... SO perfect for adding rhinestones on each one for some real sparkle!!
