Spooky Cat Halloween Card

This could be the quickest, EASIEST card I've made in a long, LONG time!  It would be perfect for kids... and you could make a bunch to send to family and friends for Halloween.  YES, I know - Halloween isn't a card-making holiday.  I get it.  BUT I think this would be adorable when presented from a child or grandchild.  I also have a little one I would send this to, just for his momma to put in his Smash Book.

The supply list for this really adorable card is small - and I added both types of sponges depending on your preference.

Take a few hours with a little one and make a bunch of these cards!  World Card Making Day is coming!

Anniversary Cards and More!

We've got 2 anniversaries coming up within the month.  I saw this design, and fell in LOVE!  It uses just a bit of DSP from the Daisies.  So pretty!

 Change out the sentiment, and you have a birthday card, a sympathy card, a thinking of you card.  So many possibilities!  I like possibilities.

This card has an additional embellishment.  The ruffled background.  It's a subtle change, but makes all the difference!

Dual Purpose Card: Celebrate Citizenship and 4th of July

I made this card for a family relative that recently got her citizenship!  We were so happy for her!  My husband and I went through the same process, and can appreciate the journey!

This card actually came together very quickly.  Die cuts, a bit of stamping, some adhesive and voilá!  You have a very cute flag card.
You can't see it in the picture, but I used Wink of Stella to give the stars some sparkle.

Take off the sentiment and you have a fantastic 4th of July card!

 I do LOVE these cards!

They are simple and quick to put together, and are lots of fun!

I'm devastated that my favorite stamp set Gorgeous Grunge is retiring.  I'll continue to use it, but it won't be available after May 31st.

I just had to use it with Bermuda Bay for this card background, and I decided to try it with the new Berry Burst.  It's a great combination!

Butterfly Birthday - Quick, Easy, and Stylish!

 I think this has to be the fastest card I've EVER put together!

I initially made 5 of them - when you begin stamping with Gorgeous Grunge, it's easy to just keep going for awhile!  Stamp the larger spots in Pool Party, then add a few splats of Melon Mambo.  Use Elegant Eggplant to stamp the Happy Birthday, and you're done stamping!

Die cut the butterfly using Elegant Eggplant card stock, and attach with a  few small pieces of dimensionals, but first, cut a length of Melon Mambo twine - about 6 inches.... and lock it to the paper with the dimensional pieces. Add a rhinestone, and you're finished!

 SO pretty!!

I might stamp up a few more of these and send them with Mom when she's here to visit. :)
